What is Cardiac Rehabilitation?

A physician referred medically supervised program. An individual lifestyle modification with monitored progressive exercise/activity 1-3 sessions per week for 36 weeks.

  • Stable Angina (Chest Pain)
  • Peripheral Arterial Disease
